They emphasize fine dining standards for fee-paying patients, utilizing freshly cooked food with the finest ingredients, served at a five-star level of service. The focus is on not only medical care but also on providing a holistic experience to patients, which includes serving nutritious, hot meals based on individual requirements.
Problem: Maintaining a high level of service requires significant human resources, which may sometimes lead to inefficiencies or lapses in service. Particularly, transporting food, drinks, and other items in a timely and efficient manner is a challenge.
Solution: To enhance their service delivery and operational efficiency, Medirest Signature incorporated the Temi Go and the Mobile Industrial Robot (MiR) into their operations during the event.
